Plant Power - NEW for 2023!

Discover the power of plants in all their amazing shapes and sizes. 

Learn about the parts of a plant, what plants need to grow and explore the wide variety here at Carymoor. 


Activities will include:

• Our fun plant ‘dress up’ and parts of the plant song.


• Exploring our wildflower garden and Playing Plant bingo.


• Making Paper potters & planting seeds to care for back at school.


• Playing some fun planty games.


• Discovering more about the trees in our woodland with a variety of sensory activities.


Between May and July classes may also have the opportunity to visit our observational honey bee hive and find out about the role insects play in plant lifecycles.

 

This day is in Price Band 1.
