WILDFLOWER GARDENING GROUP

Each Monday a team of volunteers help manage our wildflower collection and centre gardens.

We have planted native and naturalised wildflowers in reused lorry tires. It’s a great area for bees and butterflies and we use it to teach children about plants and pollination.

If you have a green thumb and would be interested in helping we would love to hear from you. You don't have to commit to coming along every Monday. Come and try it out for one day to see how you like it.

WHY GET INVOLVED?

You'll have the chance to work outdoors on our beautiful nature reserve, to be part of a friendly and dedicated team of volunteers, to learn new skills and to help Carymoor manage its nature reserve to protect vital habitats for wildlife.

HOW TO GET INVOLVED?

Email volunteer@carymoor.org.uk or give us a call on 01935 350143 and speak to our Volunteer Co-ordinator.

We're always on the look out for people with time to spare!

Whether that's the odd hour, a regular day or even a longer work experience placement, your time is very valuable to us. Our growing team of volunteers makes a vital contribution both at the centre and at events across the county.
