Try your hand at making a beautiful willow trug for use in your garden during the Spring/Summer season. During this two-day course, you’ll be guided through each step by your tutor.

What you’ll learn:
- How to grade willow
- Making the base of your basket
- Weaving the sides
- Crafting a rod border
- Adding a wooden handle
What to expect:
- A small group of a maximum of 6 people.
- The session will be led by Education Manager, Karen Boswell.
- The course will be held in the main visitor centre.
- Please bring your own lunch. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
- All the tools and materials you need will be provided on the day.
- Take home a beautiful bespoke trug.
