Focus on your wellbeing with a day of yoga, the outdoors and natural craft
Starts: 4th Nov 2020 to 11th Nov 2020
Come and spend a rejuvenating day to boost your health and wellbeing on Carymoor's nature reserve.
First you will have the chance to enjoy a guided walk around the nature reserve, to learn about the wildlife that lives here and to harvest willow. Then enjoy an hour of relaxing yoga, suitable for beginners and beyond.
Your tutor will also help you create a willow bird feeder and snail. Finally enjoy time to reflect on the day over a camp fire with s'mores and a hot drink.
We have two dates available:
Wednesday 4th November, 10AM - 3:30PM
Wednesday 11th November, 10AM - 3:30PM
You will be in a small group of a maximum of 4.
The yoga session will be led by experienced tutor, Jo Richards.
*Please note, that whilst the yoga sessions are suitable for beginners, for those participants with physical injury or health issues, it’s the client's responsibility to seek medical advice prior to attending. Sessions are not suitable for pregnant ladies.
