Saturday Volunteers

Saturday Conservation Group

Starts: 29th Jan 2022 to 30th Jan 2022

Would you like to spend more time outdoors?

Learn about wildlife?

Support a charity?

Learn new skills?

Or meet new people?

Joining our Saturday Conservation Volunteer Group could help you acheive all of these things. We are starting a new Saturday group for those unable to join us in the week.

Conservation volunteers help us maintain our site, restore habitats for wildlife and improve diversity of plants and animals.  In return volunteers can learn a variety of rural skills, learn about the wildlife on our site and improve plant identification skills.

Do get in touch if you think this sounds like something that woud appeal to you, we are happy to give you more details, and there is no obligation to come every month - although most volunteers do return time and time again!

We're always on the look out for people with time to spare!

Whether that's the odd hour, a regular day or even a longer work experience placement, your time is very valuable to us. Our growing team of volunteers makes a vital contribution both at the centre and at events across the county.
