You and your family can find out all about the new Recycle More service in Somerset through 4 x 1 hour virtual sessions we are running. Families in Mendip and South Somerset can join these free sessions and take part in a range of interactive games and activities to learn all about the 3Rs – Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. Led by Carymoor’s experienced Education Manager, Karen Boswell, the fun sessions are suitable for KS1 and KS2 children and their parents / carers. Karen is well-known by local children for her work delivering Schools Against Waste sessions.

Through a range of interactive, hands on activities, games and fun we will show you what happens to your waste and recyclables and explore ways you can help to make a difference at home.

There is a limit of 10 families for each session.

Suitable for all the family and especially for those with children aged 4-11 years old.

Please note: The former Taunton Deane area will receive the Recycle More service in autumn 2021 and Sedgemoor and West Somerset in spring 2022.
