Reconnect to Yourself and Nature at Carymoor this Spring

Come and spend a rejuvenating and relaxing day on our nature reserve. This mini retreat includes two yoga sessions welcoming the Spring through yogic movement and breath. The hour-long sessions will be suitable for beginners and beyond and incorporate Hatha and Zen yoga and relaxation. You will also have the opportunity to go on a walk to explore Carymoor's nature reserve and to create beautiful natural crafts to remind you of your day away from it all.
Saturday 18th April
This event is £50 per person.
We will provide tea and treats on arrival and afternoon tea and cake. Please bring something to share with the group for lunch.

*Please note, whilst the yoga sessions are suitable for beginners, those participants with physical injury or health issues should seek medical advice prior to attending. Sessions are not suitable for pregnant ladies.
