Reconnect to Yourself and Nature with a Half Day Mini Retreat at Carymoor

Come and spend a rejuvenating and relaxing morning with us at the Carymoor Nature Reserve. This mini retreat offers an opportunity to fully embrace the closing of Summer through yogic movement and breath with two, 45-minute yoga sessions. Sessions will be in a relaxed and creative style, suitable for beginners and beyond. You will also have the opportunity to explore the Carymoor Nature Reserve and to create a beautiful reminder of your time away from it all.
Sadly, due to the current situation we would ask that you bring your own refreshments and snacks to this event.
We intend for this event to happen whatever the weather! Due to the current guidelines, the event will take place under a covered space.
You are very welcome to stay and have a packed lunch on the nature reserve at the end of the event.
What to expect:
A small group of a maximum of 5.
The yoga session will be led by experienced tutor, Jo Richards.
10.00-10.15am Arrive and greet
10.15-11.00am Yoga session - energising!
11.15-12.15pm Nature walk and make a willow bird feeder
12.15-1.00pm Yoga session- relaxing
*Please note, that whilst the yoga sessions are suitable for beginners, for those participants with physical injury or health issues, it’s the clients responsibility to seek medical advice prior to attending.
Sessions are not suitable for pregnant ladies.
