The Carymoor Environmental Centre is attached to a working landfill site so visitors are welcome by appointment only.

Our successful site-based waste education programme is delivered to over 3,500 visitors each year, including schools, colleges, universities and a whole host of youth and community groups. If you would like to arrange a visit please call 01963 350786 or email Graham Jennings

Our new "Wild Days Out" for primary schools are proving very popular and we also offer activities for students with a range of special educational needs.

Open Mornings give the public a chance to visit Carymoor, see the wildlife habitats that have been created and meet the team.

Weekly sessions of conservation volunteering draw in people from all walks of life and all age groups. We also welcome volunteers to help with our educational activities and office-based tasks.

Our beautiful buildings are available for hire and provide a peaceful location for events, meetings and courses.

The buildings and parts of the site are accessible to disabled people and disabled toilet facilites are available.
